  • Statement under penalty of perjury: State that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which jobzlt.in may be found.
  • Statement of agreement to accept service of process: Agree to accept service of process from the person who provided the original Notice or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will promptly provide a copy to the person who submitted the original Notice and restore access to the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original Notice submitter has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.

  1. Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
