Important Instructions for Candidates Appearing for the Examination
- Mandatory Admit Card Requirement
Candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card to the test center. Digital copies will not be accepted. Entry to the examination hall will not be permitted without a printed admit card. - Strict Entry Timing
Entry to the examination hall will not be allowed after the ‘Gate Closing Time’ under any circumstances. - Verification and Security Check
Entry into the examination hall will only be permitted after verification of credentials by center officials and frisking to ensure no prohibited items are carried. Candidates must not bring calculators, mathematical tables, logbooks, pagers, mobile phones, tablets, pen drives, Bluetooth devices, watches, wallets, handbags, writing pads, notes, charts, loose sheets, or any other electronic gadgets or recording instruments. Possession of such items will lead to immediate disqualification. - Personal Belongings & Security
The exam center may not provide secure storage for personal belongings. Candidates are advised not to bring valuables to the exam venue. - Biometric Verification
The check-in process includes capturing biometric data, such as a photograph and left-hand thumb impression. To ensure smooth verification, candidates should avoid applying Mehndi, ink, tattoos, or any external material on their hands or feet. - Identity Verification
Candidates must verify their identity through a valid photo ID (e.g., PAN Card, Aadhaar Card) along with the admit card. Impersonation will lead to an FIR being lodged and disqualification. - Writing Materials
Candidates must bring a black/blue ballpoint pen to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. - Exam Format
The question paper will be in English only, containing 80 objective-type questions with a total of 80 marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. - OMR Sheet Instructions
Candidates must mark answers by darkening the corresponding ovals on the carbonless OMR answer sheet using a black/blue ballpoint pen. After the exam, the original answer sheet will be retained by the invigilator, while the candidate’s copy will be given back. - Question Paper Handling
Candidates are not allowed to take the question paper with them after the exam. It must be handed over to the invigilator. - Exam Hall Rules
Candidates cannot leave the examination hall until the exam ends and all OMR sheets and question papers are counted by the invigilators. - Discipline and Conduct
- Candidates must not communicate or consult with others during the exam. Borrowing of items is strictly prohibited.
- Any disturbance, agitation, or disorderly behavior will lead to an FIR being lodged and disqualification.
- Use of unfair means will result in severe disciplinary action.
- PwBD Candidates Guidelines
- Candidates with disabilities claiming a scribe/extra time must submit their Disability Certificate to the center superintendent a day before the exam.
- 30 minutes of compensatory time is granted for PwBD candidates.
- Candidates requiring a scribe must provide proper documentation from a government health authority one day before the exam.
- Consequences of Rule Violations
Any violation of these instructions may lead to debarment from future exams. - Admit Card Preservation
Candidates must keep their admit card safe until the entire recruitment process is completed. - No Travel Allowance
Candidates will not receive travel or other expenses for attending the test. - No Exam Center or Date Change
Requests for a change of test center or exam date will not be entertained. - Attempts to Influence Officials
Any attempt to influence officials will lead to disqualification. - Discrepancies in Admit Card
Candidates must report any discrepancies in their admit card via email at helpdesk@disttjudiciary.org before the exam date. - Official Updates

Answer keys and question papers will be uploaded on the official website after the examination is conducted for both divisions. - Provisional Candidature
The admit card is issued based on the details provided in the application form. Selection is not guaranteed by merely possessing the admit card. If any eligibility conditions are found unfulfilled at a later stage, the candidate will be disqualified. - Missing Photograph on Admit Card
In case the candidate’s photograph is missing from the admit card, they must report it immediately to the concerned authorities.
