Kashmir University Notification Regarding Applicants Who Have Applied For The Post Of Assistant Professor

All candidates who have applied for the position of Assistant Professor in the subjects listed below, as per Advertisement Notice No: 13 of 2023 dated December 19, 2023, are required to check their provisional API score in accordance with UGC Regulation 2018. This can be done by logging into the KU website (Recruitment Portal) using their User ID and Password between March 5, 2025, and March 7, 2025.

Additional subject details will be announced later, and candidates are advised to regularly check the University website, as no individual notifications will be sent.

If any applicant has a genuine grievance or needs to submit relevant documents, they may approach the Recruitment Section with valid proof within three days.

The list of eligible shortlisted candidates will be announced separately on the KU website.

Additionally, applicants who submitted their fee and form online within the due date but failed to submit the hard copy are given a final opportunity to do so within three days. No further chances will be given beyond this deadline.

Further details regarding other subjects will be notified later. Candidates are advised to regularly check the University website, as no individual notifications will be sent.
